End user licence agreement
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Umesh Kharade ("we", "us") and covers your licence to install and use the Habimine™ mobile app. It works together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If they conflict about the software licence, this EULA applies to the licence and the Terms apply to everything else. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Licence granted
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use Habimine™ on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as long as you follow this EULA and the Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, translate, rent, lend, sell, sublicense or distribute the app, or create derivative works from it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to extract source code, secrets or data, except where the law does not allow this restriction.
- Remove notices, bypass security, rate limits or purchase checks, or tamper with the app, its servers or other people's accounts.
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools, or use the app to build a competing product or to train a model.
- Use the app for anything unlawful or in a way that harms others.
- Give a false age or country, or use a VPN, proxy or other means to hide or falsify where you live to get around age, country or legal limits. If you do, the licence is void from the start and the "Accurate information" section of the Terms of Use applies, including that we have no liability to you for what follows.
Ownership
The app, its code, design, artwork, story, text, sounds and names belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You get a licence, not ownership. No rights are given other than those stated here. Content you create stays yours, as set out in the Terms.
Third-party software and platforms
Habimine™ includes open-source and third-party components (such as React Native, Expo, Firebase and RevenueCat) that remain under their own licences, which apply to those parts.
You get the app through Google Play. This EULA is between you and us only. Google is not a party, is not responsible for the app, its content, support, maintenance or warranty, and is not liable for claims about it. Google Play's own terms apply to your download and purchases.
Updates and changes
We may update, change or remove features and may require updates to keep using the app. Some updates install automatically depending on your device settings. A new version may be under an updated EULA, which we will show you.
Your data
What the app collects and why is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the app means you accept that.
Ending the licence
The licence lasts until it ends. You can end it any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. We may end or suspend it if you break this EULA, the Terms or the law, or if we stop offering the app. When it ends you must stop using the app and delete copies. Provisions that by nature continue (ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do.
Warranty disclaimer and limit of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE APP IS LICENSED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROGRESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE. NOTHING IN THIS EULA LIMITS LIABILITY OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Legal compliance
You must follow the laws that apply to your use of the app, including export, sanctions and consumer laws. You confirm you are not barred from receiving the app under the law where you live.
Governing law and general terms
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, and the dispute steps in the Terms of Use apply. If part of it is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not transfer your licence; we may transfer ours with the app. This EULA and the policies it refers to are the whole agreement about the licence.
