Return & refund policy
This explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Habimine™ plans. Last updated 17 October 2026. Questions: [email protected].
What you can buy
Habimine™ is free to start. Paid plans (such as Pro and ProMax) are digital subscriptions bought through Google Play. The price, billing period and what is included are shown in the store before you buy. Nothing physical is sold, so there is nothing to return; this policy covers refunds and cancellations of digital purchases.
Who handles the payment
Google Play takes the payment and pays out refunds, to your original payment method. We never see your card or payment details, so we cannot refund money ourselves; we can ask Google Play to, and we can restore or fix your access.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep your paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Deleting the app or your Habimine™ account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel in Google Play first, then delete your account.
- Free trials, if offered, turn into a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
When we refund
- Accidental or unwanted purchase: ask Google Play for a refund as soon as you can. Google sets its own time limit for self-service refunds (currently a short window after purchase, commonly 48 hours). After that window, write to us and we will look at it in good faith.
- Something did not work: if a paid feature was not delivered, was seriously broken, or you were charged twice or after cancelling, write to [email protected] with the date, the plan and what happened. We will fix or restore it, or, if we cannot, ask Google Play to refund you.
- If we end your paid plan without any fault of yours (for example we stop offering it), we will ask Google Play to refund the unused part of the period you paid for, or give you equivalent access.
- Free trials, if we offer them: each person may use one trial; it turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends, and the store shows the date.
- Where the law gives you a right to cancel or a refund (for example consumer rights in the EU, UK or India), we honour it and nothing in this policy limits it. For some digital services, a statutory cancellation right can end once the service has begun with your agreement; the store shows this at purchase.
When we normally do not refund
- The unused part of a subscription period you chose not to use or that you cancelled part-way through.
- A change of mind long after buying and after you have used the paid features.
- Not getting a result you hoped for. Habimine™ is for entertainment and general self-improvement and promises no results.
- Loss of access because you broke the Terms or Community Rules, including giving a false age or country or using a VPN or similar means to get around age, country or legal limits (the licence is void from the start in that case, apart from refunds the law requires).
- Virtual items, currency or progress have no cash value and are not refundable for cash.
How to ask us
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Refund", the date and amount of the purchase, the Google Play order number (in your receipt email), and a short explanation. We reply within 3 days and decide within 7 days of having what we need. If we agree, we ask Google Play to refund you; the time it takes to reach your account depends on Google and your bank.
If you are unhappy with our decision you can write to the grievance officer (see the Privacy Policy), and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Price changes and plan changes
If a price changes, Google Play tells you and, where required, asks you to agree before the new price starts. If we remove a paid feature you bought, write to us and we will treat it as a failed delivery above.
